Matt's Top Five - Garlic Hot Sauce
I'm an equal opportunity sauce lover - hot, mild, reaper, hatch...I'll eat them all. I've really got a soft spot for garlic though...any time I'm cooking and the recipe calls for 3 cloves I'll add 6-7...it's just how I roll. Pickled garlic, deep fried garlic...I love it all so for my first installment of "Matt's Top Five" I figured I would highlight the best of the best garlic hot sauces. Any of these guys will scratch your itch and leave you with some great breath!

MARIE SHARP'S GARLIC HABANERO SAUCE Any list I'm making will probably have a Marie Sharp's product on it. The brand that started my hot sauce journey 25+ years ago released a garlic version a few years ago and I found a new love! The garlic version combines the original Marie Sharp carrot base with a healthy dose of garlic. A little milder than the original flavor, this one is perfect on almost EVERYTHING!! |

Mikey V knows tacos and he knows hot sauce. This Garlic Scorpion hot sauce is one of my daily drivers. It brings the heat but its just the right amount to really enjoy. Nice big chunks of minced garlic make this a must have - I love mixing it with butter to make my extra hot wings. AMAZING! |
