Spicy Peppered Pork Tenderloin
Pork Tenderloin is one of my favorite things to throw on the smoker. Hard to screw up, quick to cook and tastes amazing. This is my go to method for a killer spicy tenderloin..it'll work great in the oven or on the smoker.
A couple notes - whatever yellow mustard you've got will work just fine. We're just using it for a binder so the flavor won't come through at all. Also, feel free to substitute plain garlic salt for the fiery garlic sea salt if you want to tone it down a few notches. Enjoy!!
2lb Pork Tenderloin
2 tbsp fresh cracked black pepper
1 tbsp yellow mustard
1 tbsp freshly minced garlic
3 tsp Fiery Garlic Sea Salt
Combine the mustard and minced garlic, stir until blended and apply all over the tenderloin. Rub in the salt and pepper. Refrigerate for an hour.
Smoke or cook at 225 until internal temp reaches 140 degrees. And that's it...slice and serve. Sit back and let the compliments roll in.
