20 oz can chicken broth
3 cans black beans, drained and rinsed
2 cans Rotel tomatoes
2 cans whole kernel corn
1 large onion, chopped
2 jalapenos, chopped
2 red bell peppers, chopped
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 1/2 teaspoons chile powder
2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
2 teaspoons cumin
1 handful fresh chopped cilantro
1 tbsp Fiery Garlic Sea Salt
1 lb boneless chicken breast
Combine all ingredients and cook in slow cooker on low for 8 hours or pressure cooker on high for 20 minutes.
Remove chicken breasts and shred with a fork. Stir chicken back in. Top with shredded cheese and serve with tortilla chips and sour cream.
