Pepplish Pineapple Lemongrass Ginger
Inspired by a Cambodian paste called kroeung, this sauce adopts some Southeast Asian flavors. The ginger, garlic, and onion flavors blend together very nicely, while the lemongrass gives it some pop. The pineapple rounds out the entire sauce by giving it a slight sweet, tropical feel. This sauce would go great on fried rice, pan fried fish, fish tacos, and pizza (if you’re into that kinda thing).
