Peppercorn Porter Hot Sauce
We make hot sauce. We make mustard. We love good beer. It took us surprisingly long to realize that we really ought to be making a beer mustard hot sauce. So we did. And it was good. On sausage. On pizza. On salad. And on burgers. This condiment of perfection is made with von Trapp Brewery Vienna Style Lager and Vermont serranos.Peppercorn Porter attacks twice - first with the jalapenos and then with an uppercut of black pepper. But then it soothes you with the sumptuous malt from the lovely Yorkshire Porter from Queen City Brewery. This medium hot sauce is great on eggs, steaks and in a Bloody Mary.
