Texas Hickory Garlic
Here's the result of a collaboration between Simply Texas and our neighbor, the artist Donny Hickmott. He's our resident guinea pig - I'm constantly walking over to his studio with a bag of this or a handful of that, asking him for an opinion. Donny's always a good sport and he always offers up good insight so when he has a suggestion, I listen. "Garlic with Hickory." There it was - simple and direct, like Donny himself. That's where this one started and we sure are happy with it. Use it on any cuts of meat you want to add a smoky garlic flavor to. Great on fries and it makes what we think is the best garlic bread ever.
